Refund Policy

At Lingua Kasra, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized language education. To maintain fairness and operational stability, we have established the following refund policy for all services and class packages purchased through our platform.


1. Package Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchasing a class package.
  • After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
  • If any classes in the package have already been scheduled or used, the package becomes non-refundable immediately.

2. Scheduled Class Cancellations

  • Classes that have been scheduled are non-refundable, even if the student chooses to cancel.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed only if the cancellation was made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • If a student does not attend the class and fails to notify Lingua Kasra at least 24 hours in advance, the class will be marked as completed and no refund or reschedule will be given.
  • Tutors will wait for 15 minutes. If the student fails to join within that time, the class will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

4. Trial Classes

  • Trial classes are non-refundable, even if canceled or missed by the student.
  • Trial classes are limited to one per student.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., technical failures on our end), Lingua Kasra may offer a reschedule or partial refund at our sole discretion.


6. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the request

7. Final Decision

Lingua Kasra reserves the right to determine eligibility for any refund request. All refund decisions are final.
